Australia and Internationally. Within Australia: please allow 2 – 3 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. For regional locations, please allow up to 5 working days. International: please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Johjos uses Australia Post Express on all national orders. We recommend shipping to your day (business hours) address. Johjos takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.


Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped once your payment has cleared. If your order is urgent, please email us with your order number and we will do our best to ensure your order is dispatched immediately.


Johjos accepts credit card payments via our secure ordering system and PayPal for your convenience and peace of mind.


If returned within 14 days of receipt date and in unworn saleable condition refunds will be issued for faulty products only. Exchanges will be issued for incorrect sizes, and where a size is not in stock a refund will be issued. If you change your mind, Johjos will issue a credit note. All sale items are final. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Where freight has been organised by Johjos, the customer will be charged accordingly. Johjos will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty. * Saleable means that the product is returned in its original packaging with tags still intact. This means the goods have not been worn, damaged, or washed.
